Peach Kisses at D'Lish

Here is the challenge for the D'Lish monthly challenge in May.

And here is my take on it... don't you love these colours?
I used the WOW Lisa Oxley word stencil with textured paste, before painting over it with the mint colour. I watered down some Heidi Swapp mist and painted it on (with a few sprinkles).

Used all the gorgeous elements of the D'Lish Just Add Paper kit as well!
Plus a Rainbow Splendour Vellum Bow.

Here is the challenge from Off the Rails Scrapbooking this month:

Latest Mood Palette

Here is my page and some close ups:

This time I used my watercolours to colour my DIY Charms Creations.

I sprayed lots of water too, which helped to get the right colour when I painted it.

Great and interesting colour palette this month! Thanks for looking!

Scrapbooking top 50 - May challenge

A fab sketch challenge over at Scrapbooking Top 50 this May.

And here is my page and some close ups!

I incorporated layers of  paper, doileys and tags, white paint splatters, with machine stitching to join these layers. I did stitch a transparency over the photo,. which looks cool in real life, but made the page hard to photograph.

The RAINBOW SPLENDOUR VELLUM BOW looks awesome of course~! #favouritethings

I also have some old Scrap That diecuts from my stash!

Thanks for looking and thanks for the great sketch.

Kraft Plus - May Challenge

Hi everyone,

In the past 2 months, I just couldn't squeeze in K+, so I decided to do it first this month - as soon as I had a chance.... YAY!

This month.... this...

a cool KRAFTBOARD to inspire.

Here is my page and some close ups:

So.... I have quite a few pieces of paper from the My Minds Eye Kraft Fun Day paper range in my stash and that is what I started with in this layout. I added some gesso, before  plastic bag stamping with mists and paints. I also did some stamping and splatters with the mists. Took me a few layers before I added the photo and embellishments!

Here is the DIY arrow from Charms Creations:
Image of *DIY* White Calico Mixed Embellishments
which I used Dylusion mists to dye to match my layout.

Such a fab challenge...

MY FIRST MONTH with WW1 - May challenge

Super excited to join the White with One Design Team - Such a talented bunch of girls.

And this month our challenge was to create with this colour:

Raspberry Wine.... kinda red, kinda hot pink!
Hope you join the challenge for a chance to win some great prizes!

Here is my page and some close ups:

I used my "Pickled Raspberry" Tim Holtz Distress Stains and Versamark Magenta Ink to create the colour on the white background for this layout.

I colour wood veneer and chipboard and managed to sneak in some flowers, PVC doilies, vellum bag and bow from D'Lish scraps, as well as a Pretty Pin from Rainbow Splendour.

And loved creating this fun layout of Jessie losing her FIRST tooth- MAN - she was excited! :)
